A downloadable Accessibility Screen for Windows, macOS, and Linux

I made this package because what was available, while good, was also very advanced and didn't have the sliders for a few of the options that I would prefer to have. I'm sharing it here in hopes that it can help other beginners to add accessibility to their games as well!

All you need to do after downloading is go into the game's "game" folder, copy the "accessibility.rpy" file to your own game's "game" folder, and follow the instructions in that file in your text editor.  Make sure to also copy the "OpenDyslexic.ttf" to your game's "game" folder.

Be sure to read all the comments in the "accessibility.rpy" file carefully.
(comments are the text with hashtags(#) before it.) Feel free to let me know if you need help!

If you play the game it shows you everything it can do, play with the options and see what changes in a new playthough. The game has no story, it's just an example.

All the code is under the MIT License.
You don't need to credit me at all for the code, as it's all free to use code.
I figured some of it out myself (I added sliders instead of set values, added text buttons they didn't include, set up the entire screen so that you don't have to figure that out yourself, and added a text preview.) and did some work putting this together, but I don't see it as mine, I see it as belonging to everyone really.

You may make any changes you like! This is intended as a base for beginners like me to use without having to know much code. However if you feel you can improve on it please feel free to do so! I'll be doing so myself as I learn more.

Please also see the "Ren'Py Accessibility Add-On":
This is more advanced and I think does some of what this does better. Their License .txt was an empty file so I'm guessing they don't care about credit, but feel free to credit them if you want, about 70% of the code is thanks to them with some changes I made.

and "Caption Tool for Ren'Py":
This is much better for seeing what captions can do. I didn't use most of their code as I couldn't get the sound captions to work, but if you want to credit them for the image captions code go ahead (they say you don't need to, but ask if you might consider it.)

Please note: Ren'Py  games sometimes receive false positives with antivirus software due to the way Ren'Py is built. This is something I can't do anything about. I apologize for the incontinence.
